Yulia Bobrova MC Member - Russian Federation

In 2005 Yulia Bobrova uphold the dissertation “International legal problems of the freedom of navigation in the high seas” in The Institute of State and Law of The Russian Academy of Sciences (supervisor – Prof. Anatoly L. Kolodkin).

In 2006 – 2009 Yulia Bobrova was an Associate Professor of Department of International Law and International Law of the Sea of Moscow State Academy of Water Transport.

From 2007 till 2012 Yulia Bobrova was a chief expert of Division of International Treaties of Legal Department of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

In 2010-2011 Yulia Bobrova was an expert of Legal Advisory Panel / Project Aurora Borealis / European Research Icebreaker Consortium / European Polar Board / European Science Foundation, http://www.esf.org; www.eri-aurora-borealis.eu

Now Yulia Bobrova is a senior research fellow of the International Public Law Department of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation.

A member of International Law Association (Russian Branch) and Russian Association of the International Maritime Law.
