Member of the Asociación Española de Derecho Internacional y Relaciones Internacionales, Asociación Argentina de Derecho Internacional.
International expert in the European Union Phare Programme for advising the acceding countries to the EU to harmonize their respective fisheries legislation with the EU regulations and directives (Rumanian, Bulgaria and Lithuania).
